Roomy atmosphere. Nice and clean rooms. liked the outside patio in the room. The jacuzzi was fun. Having the bar was nice and the sofa and fireplace was a nice touch.

Bed was comfy and the pillows were smooth and comfortable. The room was good and the location awesome. 8 min drive from downtown phx. Short walk to the light rail. Pretty views and night. Staff was very nice.

Instead of putting us in a Garden Room, this time we were placed on the 4th floor, Corner King Room. It was large! The view of the city and the pool was beyond words! What a beautiful view! ³⅘⁵

Property allows pets which is very nice, we traveled with 2 dogs and a kitten so this was important to us.

We loved the location of our room. The swimming pool was just steps away. The room was inviting with a subtle decor. It was very clean with a great layout. The food from the restaurant was delicious. The service was great. Coffee pods were delicious and strong just the way we like it. We will definitely be returning. We decided that this would be the hotel I stay at after my knee surgery. Thank you for giving us such a wonderful end to a long drive from California! Superb!

The staff at the front desk went above and beyond; Booking .com had not sent the proper reservation information to the hotel and so the hotel had no knowledge of my prepaid reservation. The staff not only got on the phone with booking.com, they got a room for us and also honored the reservation even though I had misplaced my credit card. I can’t say enough good things about the front desk staff. Thank you!

The check in was great. The gentleman at the front desk and the woman he was training were very nice and very helpful. They made me feel welcome and answered all my questions. The gentleman at the front was pleasant and smiling, which made me feel at home! Overall the hotel was very clean and I saw people cleaning numerous times while I was there. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.
